An archival premium Quality art Print of Sunflowers painted by Vincent Van Gogh during the month of January 1889 for sale by Brandywine General Store. Van Gogh painted this series of Sunflowers to decorate the room where his friend, Paul Gauguin, would be staying when he arrived in Arles, because Gauguin had admired his earlier versions of Sunflower paintings. Vincent wrote his brother Theo "You may know that the peony is Jeannnins, the hollyhock belongs to Quost but the sunflower is mine in a way". Be advised that we usually do not change the original art in these classic paintings, however in this one, we did completely redo the backgrounds and changed the color somewhat to make a much brighter cleaner looking picture. The old print showed much discoloring in the yellow background,  this is not like the original. Famous artists print #76
