Art Print of A Deer and Grouse Family in the Woods for sale by Brandywine General Store. This cute country decor print was painted in 1861, but that is all that is know about it. The artist signed this painting in the lower right corner but the last name is illegible, however the first two initials were A. J. The composition shows a mother doe deer with her two fawns along with a mother grouse and two of her brood, all had been in the dark woods and have just come out into the bright sunshine, probably in search of food or water.
