Homer, Winslow - Right and Left Premium Poster

Fine Art Prints of Distinction

A Museum Quality Poster of Right and Left painted by Winslow Homer in 1909. The oil on canvas depicts a pair of common Goldeneye Ducks at the moment they are hit by a hunter's shotgun blast as they attempt to take flight. Homer never titled the print but it received its name from a hunter who shouted out "Right and Left" when seeing the art for the first time. This is a hunting term describing the accomplishment of taking down two birds in quick succession with a double barrel shotgun. The posters we sell at Brandywine General Store are made with the same premium inks and papers as our fine art prints.

At Fine Art Prints of Distinction we painstakingly repair the original files of the old paintings or photographs, then print them using premium quality inks and paper. The end result is a beautiful, archival reproduction print that will last in your home for generations and at a low cost so anyone can now have great artworks hanging in their home or business. Brandywine General Store is proud to offer for sale a Premium Poster made from the painting entitled Right and Left by Winslow Homer.
