Capricornus in the stars
Bring an early 19th-century view of the night sky into your space with this Capricornus constellation art print. The chart depicts the goat among the stars of Capricornus, with some of its major stars named on the artwork.
This image comes from card #25 of the 32-card Urania’s Mirror set, published in London in 1825 to help people learn the stars and constellations. Associated with Jehoshaphat Aspin, it pairs astronomical detail with the character of a historical star chart.
Display it in a study, reading nook, or gallery wall as a premium-quality archival art print by Brandywine General Store.
