The composition shows the fishermen and women laying around on the beach, taking a siesta before going back to work on the boats. All of the fishing nets and equipment are laying around until they are needed to be put back on the boats. A donkey is laying on the beach while a rooster is getting a drink of water beside the donkey. A very colorful painting which kind of reminds you of a work of folk art.
