The artist finished this long titled work of art in 1907. The original oil on canvas measures 51 by 63 inches and now resides at the Picasso Museum in Paris France. This was one of Rousseau's paintings with the theme of World Peace and the uniting of all the Peoples of the World. Some of the very colorful figures on the stage include the Heads of State of the European Monarchies, the Emperor of Ethiopia, the Czar of Russia and the Shah of Persia.
