Cezanne Paul - Pines and Rocks Fine Art Print
A Museum Quality Print of Pines and Rocks painted by Paul Cezanne in 1897 for sale by Brandywine General Store. The original of this oil on canvas is in the Lillie P. Bliss collection at the Museum of Modern Art. It is believed that Cezanne might have painted this scene in the Forest of Fontainebleau or in some wooded area near Paris, where he spent much time in the late 19th century. The picture shows a scene of a rocky path, possibly a hiking trail on the side of a mountain and a few trees that veil the sky in patches of leaves. A different looking type of painting.
