2003 - 2005 Kentucky Goldfinch License Plate
A 2003 to 2005 Kentucky Scenic License Plate with the Goldfinch, the main colors of this scenic KY DMV car tag are blue, white, yellow and green. At the top, written in big letters is Kentucky, at the right is the gold or yellow finch sitting on a tree limb and at the bottom is the slogan Nature's finest. The department of motor vehicles only issued a single tag for the state's motorists to use during the manufacturing years during the production of the goldfinch plate.
