A Kentucky Horse Council License Plate, this scenic KY DMV Car Tag has a young horse at the left with the state nickname Bluegrass State at the bottom. Green Grass fills the entire bottom border in which the young colt is playing. The version of the Horse council license plate was issued from 2003 to 2008, we have a couple different ones available. The Kentucky DMV only issued a single tag for the state's motorists to use on the backs of their automobiles during these years. We have more than one of these Kentucky Horse Council license plates available for sale at Brandywine General Store, but we have included a picture of each that we currently have in stock.
