1944 Ohio License Plate
A 1944 Ohio passenger automobile WWII License Plate for sale by Brandywine General Store. The 44 OH DMV car tag is dark navy blue with white letters, the expiration date is on the bottom. The Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles issued single plates for on the back of the state's vehicles. License plates produced in 1944 are scarce as a lot of states did not make metal tags during these years of World War II, due to the metal shortages of the war effort.
