An obsolete civil war 25 cents obsolete money issued by Kimball Robinson and Co from Boston MA. The change note was drawn on the Eliot Bank and dated November 17, 1862. Kimball Robinson must have been merchants in ladies wear as a fashionable boot is shown on the vignette, or maybe they were only boot makers.
