1989 Vocational Education License Plates
A pair of 1989 Illinois Special Event car license plates issued for the Vocational Education programs convention in Springfield, IL for sale by Brandywine General Store. The 89 IL DMV tags are a cyan blue color and have 19 ILLINOIS 89 printed along the top with a design that says VOCATIONAL EDUCATION THE COMPETITIVE EDGE in the center with the Illinois Vocational Association to the left. On the right is the DMV registration number of 162 with "59th Annual Convention February 16-18, 1989 Springfield" printed underneath.
