An antique 1938 - 39 West Virginia car license plate available for sale at Brandywine General Store. The color of this 38 - 39 WV DMV passenger auto tag is yellow with black, W.Va 38 39 are at the bottom. The WV department of motor vehicles issued two tags for the state's motorists to use on their cars during the 1938 - 1939 model year, but this sale is for one plate only. Great for a Mountain State automobilia collection or birth year run.
