Lagonda Agricultural Works Horse Drawn Equipment Fine Art Print
A Museum Quality print advertising for the Lagonda Agricultural Works which was in Springfield, Ohio in Clark County and at the bottom of this print is Warder, Brokaw and Child, which was probably the mercantile where this grain cutter could be purchased. This shows an excellent picture of a team of two work horses pulling a grain cutter, which looks like they are cutting wheat. Two men are in the cutter behind the horses and another man is putting the wheat into shocks. On the outside of the picture are two men who were put out of work when this new contraption came along, one man has a sycle and the other has a scythe, they are both watching the field wishing they had something to do. A great item for Farmers or collectors of early farm equipment. This is also a great country decor print that would fit in any country home.
