An archival premium Quality art Print of The Martyrdom of Saint Matthew painted by Italian baroque artist Caravaggio in 1600 for sale by Brandywine General Store. St. Matthew was killed by the King of Ethiopia, Hirticus who wanted to marry his own niece who was a  Nun. Matthew forbid the marriage so the King had him killed. Matthew is reaching his hand upwards toward the heavenly being above him while the executioner is in the process of killing him. Caravaggio painted himself in the picture, being the last man in the back. Picture #105 a religious art print made from an antique painting.
