Caladium Bicolor variety Neumannii Botanical Print by Louis Van Houtte
A Museum Quality Antique Reproduction Print of the Bicolor Caladium var Neumanni, by Louis Van Houtte for his great series of books from the 19th century, The Flowers of the Greenhouses and Gardens of Europe. This engraving was from volume 13 from the year 1858. The Caladium Neumannii has green petiole, blade of a very dark green with scarcely paler veins, marked between the primary veins with large and small white margined reddish purple spots. They are excellent additions to the shady flower garden that receives a lot of water.
