A 2013-s Fort McHenry national park quarter that has been certified as perfect by PCGS at Proof 70 Deep Cameo. The coin features the site in the Baltimore Harbor where Francis Scott Key wrote the Star Spangled Banner during the War of 1812 with England. This twenty-five cent piece was the 19th issue in the America the Beautiful quarter program by the US mint. The coin is of course, silver in color, but modern proofs, even though among the most beautiful of the coins, with their glossy surfaces reflect all of the light giving them the black or brownish color when photographed.
