A 1981-d Washington Quarter that has been certified PCGS mint state 66. The coin is of course silver in color, but uncirculated coins from the US mints reflect the light when photographed because of the shiny surfaces. This makes the darker spots, streaks and other imperfections in the photo, which actually aren't in the coin itself. Rest assured that the coin you purchase will look great, it has to since it is in a PCGS MS66 holder.
