A 1980-S Roosevelt Dime that has been certified perfect Proof 70 Deep Cameo. To this date, only 382 of these dimes have been good enough to earn the distinction of a perfect 70 grade by PCGS. Any scratches or blemishes you see are on the plastic slab and not the coin, we magnify our images around 10 times so this makes the least flaw look much worse than it actually is. The coin is also of course silver in color, the glossy, shiny surface of modern proofs, while among the most beautiful of the coins, reflect all the light and make the dimes appear black instead of their natural silver color when photographed.
