An archival premium Quality Art Print of a Bagged Hare and Game Fowl by Jan Fyt for sale by Brandywine General Store. The artist finished this oil on canvas sometime after the year 1642. The size of the original artwork is 25 by 34 inches and now hangs in the Museum of Fine Arts in Budapest coming to this institution from the Esterhazy Collection. To the right in this composition is a green finch, a green woodpecker and a chaffinch. Two jays and another green woodpecker are to the left of the hare. In the upper part of the picture is a brace of tits and bramblings. The game is set within a dramatically lit space. This painting was done by the artist at the height of his career. The animals appear to be arranged haphazardly, however they are actually organized in a pattern of carefully balanced diagonals. Old masters art print #69
