Vogeler Heinrich - Design for a Dining Room Art Print
An archival premium Quality Part rint of Design for a Dining Room by Heinrich Vogeler for sale by Brandywine General Store. This German artist finished this canvas in the year 1909 and shows a dining room which might have been the one at Barkenhoff, which was an artist commune the artist bought with an inheritance from his father. The picture shows a room done mainly in red colors, with a huge china cupboard, grandfather clock dining room table and chairs and something that looks like an ice box or chest of some kind. All of this is a matching set which looks like the lacquer Chinese or Japanese furniture. The huge floor is laid with black and white tiles. In the background you can see the living room with a fireplace and bookcases filled with books with a blue patterned wall paper. Famous artists print #101
