The Chickasaw Park, consisting of 9,899 acres, was established July 01, 1902 in Oklahoma and is under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service. This park is unique in that is was established with the support of an Indian tribe, the Chickasaw Nation. The picture depicts the Lincoln Bridge which is built of limestone and was dedicated in 1909 to celebrate the centennial of Lincoln's birth. This bridge was the first improvement in the new park.
