A 1938 Birth Year coin set which includes the silver Walking Liberty Half Dollar, Washington Quarter, Mercury Dime, Jefferson Nickel and Wheat Penny for sale by Brandywine General Store. The half, quarter and dime are silver coins. These sets will be in nice average circulated condition with legible dates, no junk will be included. This birthday set includes .60775 troy ounces of silver. This was the first year for the Jefferson nickel, the buffalo nickel was also minted during the first part of the year, so both of the five cent pieces were made in 1938. This set includes the Jefferson nickel.
