An obsolete banknote with an unusual denomination of One Dollar and Twenty Five cents issued by the Bank of the Commonwealth during the Civil War in 1862 from Richmond, the capitol of the CSA and the Commonwealth. A simple typeset note with black printing. The condition of this obsolete 1.25 bank bill is fine, the back is plain and the date is June 4th, 1862.
