Van Gogh, Vincent - Harvest in Provence Fine Art Print
A Museum Quality Reproduction Print of Harvest in Provence painted by Vincent Van Gogh during June of 1888. This painting is also sometimes called The Corn Harvest of Provence. This oil on canvas measured 51 by 60 centimeters and now resides at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, being a gift from Yad Hanadiv which originally came from the Rothschild collection. This painting was one of the more relaxed of the harvest paintings done by Van Gogh during the last years of his life. The scene is just outside of Arles and is an example of how Van Gogh used color in full brilliance to depict the burning brightness of the heat wave.
