A nice Extra Fine Type 60 example of Confederate Money issued from Richmond, Virginia on April 06, 1863. This CSA obsolete civil war currency features C. G. Memminger who served as the Secretary of the Treasury for the Confederate States during the Civil War. In the center is the state capital building of Virginia, which was located in Richmond, this treasury note also has a maroon April 1863 stamp on the right side.
