A choice crisp uncirculated Type 55 example of Confederate money that was issued from Richmond Virginia on December 02, 1862. This note is very crisp, with almost perfect centering and nice pink paper, all in all very great condition for an almost 150 year old piece of Civil War Currency. The one dollar type 55 CSA bills featured Clement C. Clay on the front, who was a senator for the Confederate States of America from the state of Alabama.
