South Carolina Obsolete Currency Bank of the State fifty cents Fine Watermark
A February 1863 South Carolina Bank of the State Confederate Currency with watermarked paper is graded Choice Almost Uncirculated. A very nice example of this SC state CSA bill with bright white paper and even centering and nice red overprints on the reverse. This Civil War paper bill is printed in black and blue ink on the face and states that The Bank of the State of South Carolina will pay bearer on demand Fifty Cents.
