Richmond VA City Ten cents 1862 Change Note
Ten cent obsolete scrip issued during the Civil War by the City of Richmond on April 14, 1862 for sale by Brandywine General Store. The plain obsolete note says the City of Richmond will pay to bearer on demand ten cents when presented in sums of one or more dollars. And this note is receivable for any dues to the city of Richmond. Our grading is just an estimation to be used as a reference.
