Massachusetts Obsolete Currency Hollister and Taylor Quarter Scrip



An obsolete civil war change note in the quarter denomination from Hollister and Taylor of Great Barrington MA, a typeset note issued during the Civil War on October 20, 1862 and the grade is fine. The terms are as follows, Cashier Mahaiwe Bank pay the bearer twenty five cents when presented in sums of even dollars, then it is signed by Hollister and Taylor.
