Georgia Obsolete Currency Bank of Columbus Twenty Dollar banknote
A twenty dollar obsolete Georgia banknote issued by the Bank of Columbus in 1850s, we have different styles of this antebellum GA currency. In the center is a large building, one style of notes has red 20 counters in each upper corner and a lower right corner red XX. The other example just has a Red brown Twenty overprint at the bottom and a very elaborate back with geometric brown designs with 20s and XXs plus 2 small portraits of George Washington. We have included a picture of each Georgia obsolete note that is currently for sale at Brandywine General Store.
