This silent movie starred Charlie Chaplin and Fatty Arbuckle and was produced by Chaplin in 1914, the year he started acting in films. The most notable thing about this short film is Chaplin was not playing the Tramp, he did not have his mustache or costume. In this short film, Chaplin plays a drunk who wanders into a costume party. He meets a girl and starts flirting and dancing with her. The band leader, played by Ford Sterling also likes this girl as does a clarinet player in the band, played by Fatty Arbuckle. At the end they fight over the girl and fall over from exhaustion. This film starred three of the silent movie greats of the time, Fatty Arbuckle who started acting in films in 1909, Ford Sterling had been in films since 1911 and Charley Chaplin who was just beginning to make his name known in the film industry.
