A 1984 Donruss Cal Ripken, Jr baseball card that has been certified by PSA at near mint - mint 8. This was # 106 in the Donruss set for the year 1984. The front shows Cal in the final stance of the batting swing, while the back states that he followed up his rookie of the year season of 1982 with an MVP caliber 1983 campaign. He played every inning of every game last year, the only player in baseball to accomplish that feat. So he was even starting his record breaking run during his 2nd year, by not even missing an inning, let alone a game.
