Winchester VA George F Hupp 25 cents Obsolete Currency 1839
An obsolete twenty five cents currency issued by George F. Hupp in 1839 from Winchester VA for sale by Brandywine General Store. The obsolete money has a bee hive in the center and a small train on the right with other ornamental designs. This scrip was payable in notes of the Farmer's Bank of Virginia when presented in sums amounting to five dollars. Our estimated grade to be used as reference only is almost uncirculated.
