A Museum Quality Print of the 1926 Movie Poster by William Fox for sale by Brandywine General Store. This silent film starred May Allison and was based on a 1909 Broadway play by Clyde Fitch. Allison was a big silent film star when she had Harold Lockwood as her leading male co star, they costarred in 25 romances in the silent film era. However this came to an end when Lockwood died of the Spanish Flu in 1918, her career then went into decline. The City was her next to last film in which she starred. Picture #145
